‘With the Annex, I developed a side table suitable for the -fairly deep- Axel sofa. If you sit in the middle of the Axel, you can’t easily reach a small table at the side of the sofa. The Annex has a floating top that slides exactly over the Axel’s seat. The metal leg in turn slides under the sofa. For the tabletop, you can choose a metal lacquered top, which provides a unique look.’
