‘Recently, a customer visited us who was downsizing. ‘Do you take sofas back?’ he asked. He couldn’t find a new home for his ‘old’ Montis, and it meant a lot to him. ‘It’s still so beautiful, and it’s a model that’s quite rare,’ he shared. He also mentioned, ‘That piece of furniture represented who I was when I bought it.’ We decided to take the sofa back. It’s now in our ‘Montis Museum,’ an internal archive with a unique collection of former models. When developing new designs, we occasionally analyze the details of these pieces.
The customer left incredibly happy.’
