‘As a model maker, you work for months on a new piece of furniture. Every day, I am challenged to give such a new model a beautiful shape and to create superb seating comfort. When I see the new Montis furniture shining at a photo shoot or in the spotlight at a trade fair, it makes me proud. When the reactions are positive and customers in
the showroom want that particular model, the smile on my face gets even bigger. When I finally see the furniture being produced, it leaves me feeling very satisfied.’
